I'm assuming you have the MFU. If so you just need to switch the plugs on the receiver. You have the throttle and horn plugs from the MFU switched...Flip those and you should be set. By flipping I mean unplug one and plug in the other one. They should be labelled coming off the MFU from the factory. It's a common rookie mistake. Even us who've built a few rigs have done it so dont feel bad...

Hi Thanks for answering . i,ve checked and rechecked wiring to reciever i,ve got the wiring in the right place according to factory cables. its actually channels 2,3 are wrong way round , i,ve got gearshift on channel 4 (Correct) steering on channel 1 (correct) but i,ve got horn on left stick channel 2 where it should be throttle , and i,ve got throttle on right stick channel 3 where the horn should be , hope i,ve described that properly , thanks for all your help SO NEAR YET SO FAR LOL

cheers

That's bound to happen at a factory I would think. Glad you were able to narrow it down. It's usually something simple. I know a lot of people dont bother using the labels that come with the kits for the lights and have all kinds of trouble. It may take a little time. I've installed 3 MFU's and done like the book and I've had no issues...knock on wood!

All of my mfc have had those markings wrong (and I have 3). I’m guessing different brands of receivers have the channels in different orders.
