I need help setting up my spektrum dx3

I want to use my DX3 on my truck and was wondering if someone could post a step by step walkthrough on how to do so.Greatly appreciated.

My buddy set up his dx3 for his high lift. Ill ask him if he still knows the set up casue he sold his truck awhile ago. rick-out
