Something to haul behind the Benz, and also suitable for an A-train double.

The box is styrene, with a C-channel aluminum frame. Suspension is mock airbag and scratchbuilt. The only Tamiya parts in the trailer are thefifth wheel plate, legs and wheels (and they've been modified).

The roll-up door works, of course.
But now the Tamiya trailer looks like the box that the pup came in. So I'm starting another build, a 53-foot dry van. And because I'm a scale nut, I had to do a functional sliding tandem mechanism.

Lots of bellcranks to make all 4 locking pins move.
