Hi all,

I am new to 3 speed, but not new to RC. I am ready to purchase a 1/14 Semi. Does anyone know if the new Scania R620 will have front wheel drive as well. I know it says 3 axle, but is that just because it used to only have the 2 axle version? Or are they all only driven by the rear axles?

As far as I know (99.9% sure) they are all driven by the rear axles.

No semi from tamiya got awd.
Just drive on the rear axles.

You need to mount a tlt axle in the front to get awd.
Like I did on my king hauler:

What I think would be interesting is a true- to-scale drive system. One that only has one rear driving axle and a lift for the extra rear axle.

I wonder if you could modify a motorized trailer leg unit to do just that?
