pick up a lot of bearings. do some searching and you can find a tutorial on how to go through a gearbox and also make it full time 4 wheel drive. pretty easy to do

I am thinking about it.... I found this document that might answer some of your questions.
Transmission_Service_Manual.pdf (http://av.rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0oGkuBrJL9JtDUBK0xrCqMX;_ylu=X3oDMTBvdmM3bGl xBHBndANhdl93ZWJfcmVzdWx0BHNlYwNzcg--/SIG=11vdfcr9j/EXP=1237349867/**http%3A//kope.com/bruiser/TrannySvcManual.pdf)
Good luck, and post your progress.

Naz,
Thanks for the link have now got it printed out, broke down the box and taken photo's of each section as I have gone through it, got all the bearings ready, I am going to make it oil tight so flattened each end of the casings made gaskets ready for assembly, next to measure it up for the spacers.
The brass gears all look in very good condition, but the double ally ones look as if small pieces are coming off they also had some dirty like grease on them.
I am thinking of machining some new double gears in brass, will let you all know how it proceeds later.
