I got it for my Bruiser made so for a new car should be something else but the principle is the same

Needs:

a piece board / thick paper
a piece aluminium / brass / steel (there is just what you have in stock)
and a piece thin-walled tube( aluminium / brass / steel)
a drill
screws

you start with the design of your towbar

So first calculate how low the need for towing your trailer/trailer/caravan.

if you all have calculated and designed to have you cut out and apply

HINT:
do with making a "template" also take into account side impact forces already on the hook too.

draw on your mold material (in my case an aluminum plate of 2mm)
saw, cut, bite, hit, CNC out (just where you want do...) do not forget to also examine if it is necessary

HINT:
pass it again on your chassis for when you've made a mistake

Get your thin-walled steel tube (or something else may also have a piece of plate)
save that of the chassis and the newly created sheet for your towing cross shelf so you have a pretty straight connection with your other materials bend the tube so you any good to your chassis can confirm
including drill hole where you want to determine your chassis and where it comes to the plate

and if it is something you get if you put together

thus, it should be on the chassis ..

therefore make sure that at the end of the plate you have made an attachment for your trailer or a ball or running into it as if I have a bolt with con washers with an aluminium rod end intervenes.

and then you can paint him. in my case, matte black and then mount on your car

Looks great. Another great source for trailers and hitches is whitebone trailers.
