a month or so ago i inquired about the small e clips on the drive shafts oh my high lift, i lost the ones that were on my truck.well i called Tamiya America and the guy i talked to said there was no part number for the e clips but he would look around the shop for some and send me them if he found any. well i really thought that would never happen but today i get a package from Tamiya,it wasnt e clips though ,it was a whole new drive shaft !
those guys are awesome. :yourock:

Cool, can't beat that deal, wish I had thought to ask them, I just ordered a new front driveshaft from tamiyausa for one of my lifts after the clip got torn off on sharp rocks and the u joint fell off in the dirt somewhere.:Tamiya1:

I too, have had positive experiences. I had ordered some spray paints from Tamiya direct. When the shipment arrived, two of the paints were for polycarbonate (PS) instead of plastic. A quick call to Tamiya, and a nice customer service person sent out the correct paints while having me keep the incorrect ones. Excellent way to keep customers happy and coming back. I just wish they would start selling the spray paints again soon.
In another instance, I was looking for parts for my Leopard A4 long out of production and not listed. I sent an E-mail on the Tamiya web site and received a response with the link to the parts listing. Great job!

If you are talking about the e-clip on the DRIVE SHAFT (BA13, manual p9, step 14), it is available.
Ford F-350 Hi-lift manual, p.32, BA parts bag
BA13 - 4mm E-ring
#50380

BA14 - 2mm E-ring

Now I think the original poster may be referencing the tiny e-clips on the PROPELLER JOINT (BC23, manual p34, #3455976) which in case there is no part number because it is a pre-assembled part.

yup iam talking about bc23.it would be alot cheaper if you guys offered them eclips separately instead of having to buy a whole propeller joint. i believe they are 1.5 mm.
but whit that said im sure if i were to look hard enough i could find 1.5mm clips from another source.

I agree. Believe me, we've been asking for individual parts to be available off pre-assembled items.

I believe Traxxas sells them in the Revo U-joint rebuild kit. However, you have to buy the whole joint, and it's ten bucks or so. I haven't seen them anywhere else.

I have been buying Tamiya products for almost 30 years, beginning with the Rough Rider. I have not often had the need for help directly through Tamiya, but when I have they have always given great customer service. The always great products and the ability to quickly address isssues that do arise once in a while has made them what they are in the market today.
