Hi
Having just brought a used Hilux off Ebay I want to get some shocjks for it.
Can I buy Rough Rider ones?

yes, the oringal Rough rider and Sand scorcher shocks is same for the optional shock used on the original Hilux and Blazing Blazer. I have a NIB set that I'll sell on ebay or on TC next month when i'm not busy.

Well, the Super Champ is about to be re-released and I'm sure it will use the same shocks. So if you hang on you will be able to get them from either Tamiya USA or a hobbie store.

Hi,
I bought a set of the Buggy Champ 2009 re-release shocks and with some minior grinding on the front shock stay they fit like gloves.

Good to know. I was wondering about using them in scale builds. They really look the part.
How well do the perform for you? Stiff? Soft?

They are not that soft, but works great with the heigher weight of the 4x4 Hilux.
