First off, you are aware of the difference in scale, are you not? The F-350 (if that is Tamiya's High-Lift) is 1:10 while the semis are 1:14. I have both and the really do not go together at all in terms of scale looks. They really do not match each other well at all. Remember that the High-Lift is about 40 % bigger than it should be in relation to the tractor trucks.
1. It depend on your trailer. From the Knight Hauler cab to the fifth wheel you have just over 5" (+1 if you ask for kingpin location).
2. See 1. From the fifth wheel to the rear end of the truck you have roughly 3" (+1 if you ask for kingpin location).
3. Do you mean in reference to your F-350 or a semi tractor truck? If you mean the latter, go for 2.5-3 feet.
The fifth wheel itself is about 2".
