Hmm, I just bought one a few weeks ago. But nice to see them back, how long will they stay in production now? I think this truck is really important. It's the basis for many crawlers.

I wouldn't say they are back in production, rather just back on market for a brief period.

Can you ship one to me, or is it a Yank-only thing?

Great price!! too bad they are not keeping it, they are one of the best project trucks since the Clodbuster. I own 2, one is a 2.2 crawler the other is stockish (locked center ta04 gear diff, mild 16mm wheel base extension, 4wheel steer, home made wheely bar). I really love the stockish one for running inside, and my kids love it too. It is a permenant part of my collection :Tamiya1::first:

Wel that was part of the deal we made, I wanted one ordered before stock ran out again, and I woudn't have be able to just BUY one, so I asked if I could order it as one of my Christmas presents  I don't mind waiting. I have enough others to work on currently to keep me occupied. And it gives me something to look forward to for the begining of the year. And I'm just happy I got another. I miss having a stock one since I pirated it for the crawler. This one is gonna stay stock other than a locked center diff and maybe another body if I can find one that will fit.

There not really back just overstock items I believe someone else said this so you better grab what you can. what happened to max climber? I want one of them since I have 10 of the TLTs already no max climbers.

The Max Climbers were phased out since they never caught on. Their price point was considerably higher to the TLT-1, so most retailers never took a liking to it ($249 vs $170 retail)

The TLT-1 out sells the Max Climber almost 10:1

I ran a stick on my rockbuster. Didn't have to change anything either that i can remember.

I belive I just tucked it down in the rear and set the front on top the trans and pull the ties tight.

does the body fit on it though?

offroadford4x4

yes it did. fit just fine. cause of the angle, it tucked under the bed in the back and part that stuck up over the trans was in the cab.

I recall some people buying the Max Climber plastic parts to make it run the stick pack. I just found a way to rig the stick pack into the TLT-1 (when I had it)
