blazing blazer or hilux 4x4 steering and shock mods

for shocks you can use TLT shocks, especially nice if you used bruiser or jugg leaf springs

this steering mod eliminates slop from the mechanism box and no holes were drilled in the chassis rails. And it all fits under either body.

Here's my version of William's Blazing Blazer steering servo bracket.
The difference between mine and William's is my setup has the servo inboard of the chassis rail while William has the servo outboard of the chassis.
As mine is inboard it has to sit higher to clear the chassis rail. The reason I went inboard is so I could fit the Hilux body which is not as wide as the Blazing Blazer body.

Very interesting, so you snaked the servo wire up the hole that the servo steering "column" came from. That's a brilliant idea. I tend to think that it won;t work for the hilux, as the body is too snug there. The blazer body is more of a box. Very unique design.
