After seeing all of the Bruiser, Mounties, Blazers, and Hiluxes with powder coated frames, transmissions and axles, what do I have to watchout for in getting these done on my Blazer? Doesn't the powder coating process get the parts hot enough to melt the pot metal axles and tranny cases? This is one of my main concerns. Also where and who does the best job for the money?

Thanks in advance!!

I don't think it is possible, or affordable to say at least.
You would need special plastic which has a good conductivity ...

And to be honest, i haven't seen conductible plastic yet, which doesn't mean its impossible - just never seen it ...
I am not sure if it would work to have something metal ish behind the plastic and coating it on the front etc.

Edit: check out these guys maybe : http://www.plastonics.com/

Axles and transmission on the Blazer are made of metal along with the frame. I see alot of Bruisers on bruiserbuilders web site that have been powder coated and I need to know the specifics on it.

powder coating heat ranges roughly about 160-210 Celsius (320-410 Fahrenheit)

Most melting points of metals are relatively high:
Aluminum 660 C
Iron 1539 C
Nickel 1455 C

With the exception of Tin (232 C) and Zinc (419 C).

Assuming that our metals comprise of a various mix of alloys, you *should be* fine during the powder coating process

There are also coats available for 270 Fahrenheit - at least this is what google tells me ;)

Thanks everyone. I will give a local shop a visit to see what they say about it.
