I've hade a question on my mind for quite some time and maybe you can help clear it up. Why do people put spoilers on the tops of these things to make them more aerodynamic but then put a flat hunk of metal on the front that is probably providing more drag than the trailer it's towing?

By the way, your truck is awesome :first:

Hey I got no problem with it, it looks killer, I just think it wouldn't be the smartest thing performance wise, at least in full scale.

Nice looking rig, I like the spoilers on top.
They direct airflow over the trailer, isn't it semi obvious?
If it wasn't the smartest thing, I wonder why they have been using them for so long?
