It is really not a modification in the sense that any "harm" is done to the model. I simply added another driver and placed a map in his hands.

I was fortunate enought to receive help with the paintjob from an IMPS model builder during the Stockholm Hobby Fair. Here is his finished paintjob:

Having California plates a CA-map is a must:

Here is the end result:

Now I only need to find a new window and repaint the car.:Tamiya1:

Looking great, now here's a question, why were all the Tamiya Drivers Male?

Would be great to have a female one!
it would be like taking the misses out for a drive!

Off the top of my head I can think of two female Tamiya drivers:
1. Michelle Mouton who drives the Audi quattro (58036)
2. A to me unknown female who drives the Wiliy's Wheeler (58039)

But they both have crash helmets on so it doesnt count. (good try though)
The only one i thought of was that Wild Wendy that someone on Tamiyclub did.
He made very few so the chances of finding one are slim to none.

I don't know why they are all men, they should have made some women also. i was lucky enough to get a wild wendy for my willy. she can be seen here. http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=23598&id=34

Yes i map with mapeditor but its not the only one. I use brow edit too, i use map editor for terrain edit, object edit and browedit for lightmap and quadtree.
