The gray Scout is a Hi-Lift, and I won the 2.2 Scale class with it (it's androgynous, with 2.2 tires on 1.9 wheels so it can compete in either class).

cat, the "rocks" are made of plaster over burlap and foam. Some spots have more traction than others. One section is coated with epoxy with concrete dust mixed in; lots of stick there.
