Reverse needs "oompf" for it to work

Running the TEU-101BK, it works pretty good forward. Reverse however is weird. Sometimes I just need to wait for a while before reversing or I "throw" the stick into reverse for it to work.

The other way around though (from reverse into forward) is working fine and instantly.

I am not sure if this is an expected behaviour or if the speed control is just weird on me or something :What:

From forward you get brake, then reverse.

First you brake, then you release the stick/trigger and then you have reverse. The MFU works in the same way, as does the TEU-302BK.
