Finally got around to starting a new project. This will be a 10X6 dump truck with hydraulics, a light kit and probably a customized Bruder trailer to tow the RC excavator. So far, I have used the frame rails from a King Hauler and attached the triple drive axles and dual steerable front axles.
Currently I am using the drive shaft from a Globeliner to test the set up and see how it works. Still need to hook up the steering, will probably go to dual servo set-up so that I can control the turning angle on each set of wheels. For the cab I shall use the MBZ 1838/1850 as I think that will give me enough room for the dump bed that I plan to use.
I am posting some early pictures, will follow with more once I get further along with the project. Hope you enjoy.
