Highlift and Hilux chassis

Do the F350 Highlift and Toyota Hilux share the same chassis and drive train? Body being the only difference?

Toyota has a chassis extender on rear

Thanks folks for the quick replies. I wanted the most up to date platform to start with, and found the Hilux to be cheaper in price.
