Just wondering what parts you can use to add a third axle at a King Hauler .. Since you cannot obviously just cut those springs in half

Just wondering whether the axle of the Scania, Globe Liner, Mercedes or any other two-axle trucks would fit on a King Hauler as a third axle.

You need another axle of a boggi tractor truck (i.e. one of the US trucks) as you need two axles that can pass on the drive to the rearmost axle.

You need not use the leafs for a third drive axle, it would suffice to use the shocks and swing arms (F-tree 0005472), just mount them lower. If you do want leaf suspension you would need shorter leafs. Try making them yourself. There are advive on how to do so in the Hilux/Blazer section.

I do have an additional axle already. All I need is basically the parts to actually mount it (plus suspension) therefore I was thiknking .. the Scnaia, Mercedes and the Volvo have just one axle anyway ... so I was thiknking whether I can just take a suspension of one of those ..

BUT : In order to do this, I would need to know whether the suspension and axles are actually the same ...

If you cannot wait for our friend Larrio to upload the manual Tamiyaclub (http://www.tamiyaclub.com/manuals.asp) does have the manual for the 53605 Mercedes 1838LS.

Very nice thanks .. so found all necessary parts in the manual .. it seems EXACTLY what I need .. just a shame that some parts are in several different bags :(

So personally I don't need the PDFs anymore :)
