Mountaineer roll bar lights

Is this hard to find? Or am I just unlucky? Been searching the net for quite a while but to no avail.....

Saw one set on ebay but after checking with the seller, it turned out to be the 2007 version. Does anyone know if the parts on sprue of the original look the same as the highlift version?

Are you looking for an original light bar or one you can put lights in? If you want lights the High Lift light are almost identical to the old Mountaineer, the only difference being in how they mount to the roll bar. If you look at my Mountaineer in the gallery section (Mountaineer Revival), I took the High Lift light bar and carefully shaved the mount tabs off. The tabs are in the same location as the mounty mount so it covered up where I had cut it down.

If your looking for the original, E-Bay has them from time to time. Hope that helps some...........

Trouble with me is that I'm quite a sucker for having things all original. It just bugs me to death that a vintage kit sports a modern part. It's a curse I tell you ..... a curse.....
