G'day all from down under in the South Pacific.

Among the Tanks, Trucks, Boats, Subs and other mainly :Tamiya1: models I like building (like the Plug Mr T!) I have found my way to this forum and would like some advice if you would.

My Kinghauler http://www.taskforcekiwi.co.nz/images/tankgarage/kinghauler/KH_0002.jpg is in dire need of larger rubber. It constantly slips and wheel spins pulling heavy loads.

I have searched and found suitable new "Rears" with scale military type rubber but am stumped on what to use for the front rims while retaining some scale like Truck look.

Anyone can point me in the right direction would be much appreciated

Cheers

Brett

Brett,

Robbie in Austria has tires for their "Panther" truck that work great on the stock Tamiya rims. They're wider and have a more agressive tread. I used a pair on my King Hauler dumptruck conversion and was very pleased with how they looked and fit. Check it out in the semi truck gallery section, there's a link to the tires there too.
