ok i moved the scania idea to this one
same chassis just different chaanges
i went with the ford body which makes it a lot better looking

You're right - that body looks killer ! Looks good so far, definitely like the steps and diamond plate looks like you pointed a shrinking ray at the real deal. Well done. You going to keep the tires on the front with the more "aggressive" treads or swap 'em out to match the rears ? Looks a bit odd to me without all of them the same. Keep us posted.

Hey Joe comming along nice, what kind of lights are you looking for? I gave up the search and built my own rotators using components from Ngineering (scale train shop) he has modules for strobe effect and you can make a rotator using three LED's (works by lighting each LED sequentially) you need some skill to work with this stuff as the parts are small (LED's I used were 2x3mm) They are very brite! I will try to get some video of my firetruck to show the effect.

Now the cab looks too small. Maybe if it the cab was taller.
I've never seen a flat bed semi tow truck. But it looks really good.
