Is there any other license plates available for the Tamiya semi trucks?

I know of three services you can use in order to make your own license plates:

http://www.europlates.com/ (also Japanese plates)

The first is a service that allows you to make custom plates based on most US states (and some Canadian varieties too). The second and third are businesses selling custom plates (for 1:1 cars). However, since they have preview windows of "your" selected text and plate you get a usable image that you can print for your Tamiya semi or any other model.

What is the best way to print the images out and make them into decal forum so it looks nice?

The only two ways I know is to print it out on regular paper and then use clear packing tape to tape it on, or print it out onto a label, like Avery, and stick it on. I'm sure there are other ways.
