MFU Parts Replacement Question

I seem to have lost the "support spring" from my MFU Kit...I called tamiya USA and the chick has no clue to the part that I am referring to or even if they are capable of replacing it :What:


can someone clarify this up for me? Anyone know the part #...The part I am referring to is on page 13 and goes inside the 5th wheel held in by part # x-1

As I said - its a German site - but the price there is 21 Euro (34 Dollar) - expensive if you just need that spring ... But since you now got the part number I don't think it should be a problem to get just a spring from Tamiya ..

That is the latter. Some small parts are not separately available.

Yea - the spring is only included in the full bag .. but every company usually makes exceptions when it comes to things like that - I even got a couple of lost puzzle pieces free of charge :P

Would be a shame if Tamiya is different :)

Thanks for your help guys..I was able to track down a price for that sping and its just not worth it..I used a spring inside a pen and woked just fine
